QUALITY ASSURANCE

Monstrum takes the traditional survival horror formula and remixes it completely with procedurally generated levels, permadeath, and AI driven predators, ensuring that nowhere on its derelict cargo ship is ever truly safe.

During First (1st) Year at university I worked as a tester for this project,  performing tasks such as:

  • Reporting bugs to the development team via bug tracking software Axosoft
  • Ensuring Steam Early Access builds were fit for release
  • Ensuring the AI of the monsters functioned correctly
  • Tracking bugs to ensure they were fixed
  • Specialising in Sound it was my job to ensure all the sounds for the game worked correctly according to the games design.
